An 18th century three case Inro, decorated in takaramaki-e and negoro. Depicting the God of Good Fortune Daikoku, standing on a barge, with a large sack slung over his shoulder and brandishing his mallet. The reverse with an attendant moving the boat. The design is enhanced with raden inlays to both sides.

An old hand written description of the Inro rolled up and placed within one of the cases

Condition – Very good condition, small loss to one of the cord runners.
